eapgpatterns.com Subscription Cancellation/Refund Policy is as follows: For 12-Month Subscriptions: A full refund of the subscription fee will be refunded if a request to terminate subscription is received within two days (48-hours) of date the subscription payment. If request for termination of subscription is made after two days (48-hours) of date subscription payment, the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of months since the most recent subscription payment. For example, if the request for termination was received during the third month of a 12-month subscription, and the subscription payment was $35.00, the amount refunded would be 35.00 - (3/12 X 35.00) or $26.25. If the subscription fee was paid through PayPal, the refund would be sent to the subscriber using PayPal's Send Money service. (PayPal would charge an additional fee to the subscriber for this transaction.) If the subscription fee was paid using a credit card (not thourgh PayPal), then the refund would be credited to the subscriber's credit card account which was used to make the payment. For 2-Month Subscriptions: A full refund of the subscription fee will be refunded if a request to terminate subscription is received within two days (48-hours) of date the subscription payment. If request for termination of subscription is made after two days (48-hours) of date subscription payment, the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of weeks since the subscription payment. For example, if the request for termination was received during the fifth week of a 2-month subscription, and the subscription payment was $20.00, the amount refunded would be 20.00 - (5/8 X 20.00) or $7.50. If the subscription fee was paid through PayPal, the refund would be issued through PayPal. If the subscription fee was paid using a credit card, then the refund would be credited to the subscriber's credit card account which was used to make the payment.
Send Termination Notice to Glenn A. Murphy, eapgpatterns.com's Subscritpion Administrator, with the body of your email stating that you would like your subscription terminated and a brief explanation of why you wish to terminate your subscription.
