How Do I Upgrade Or Renew My Expired Subscription?
PayPal Payment Made, But Cannot Login!

Problem: How do I Upgrade my 2-Month Subscription or Renew my existing 12-month subscription if my subscription has already expired?

Solution:
You need to login using the User ID and Password associated with your account. When you click on the Submit Button, you will see a message informing you that your login has failed because your subscription has expired. Click on the Upgrade/Renew Your Subscription Link which will appear below the error message. Follow the instructions to upgrade or renew your subscription.
If you cannot remember your User ID and Password, send an email to subscriptions@eapgpatterns.com asking for your login credentials. Include your first and last name and the mailing address that was associated with your account along with your phone number. We will call you back to verify your identity and give your your login credentials.
If you know your User ID, but forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password Button on the login page. Your password will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.


Problem: I have just sumbmitted my payment through PayPal and PayPal has verified my payment, but I cannot login to the site!

Solution:
This problem occurts when the new subscriber is not returned to our website after PayPal has processed the payment. Returning the new subscriber to our website is the final step in the payment process. If, after you have completed your payment process with PayPal, you were not returned to our website and the "Welcome Back" Page was not displayed, then your subscription information was not entered into our subscribers Database! In this situation, your must contact us either by email (support@eapgpatterns.com), or (quicker yet) call us at our Toll-Free number (1-877-302-9631) and your account will be activated manually.

Problem: I have changed my email address. How do I update my User ID to my new email address?

Solution:
Log in using your old email address as your User ID. When the Members' Home Page loads, click on the "Update Subscription Profile" Button and enter your new email address as well as any additional corrections to your profile on the "Update Subscription Profile" Page.

When finished, click on the "Update Profile" Button to update your profile to the database.

The next time you log in, you will be able to log in using your new email address.

Problem: How do I change my password?

Solution:
First you need to log in using your existing password. (If you forgot your password, enter your User ID (email address) in the User ID text box and click on the "Forgot Password?" Button on the Subscriber Login Page. Your password will be emailed to you at the address entered in the User ID text box.

After you have successfully logged in and the Members' Home page has loaded, click on the "Update Subscription Profile" Button. When the "Update Subscription Profile Form" has loaded, click on the "Change Password" Button.

When the "Change Subscriber Password" form has loaded, enter your old password, a new password, and re-enter the new password as confirmation. Click on the "Change Password" Button to change the password. If you would like to have your new password emailed to you for your records (a good idea!), click on the "Forgot Password" Button.

You will be required to use your new password the next time you log in.

Tip: How can I configure my Web Browser to remember my login information so I do not have to re-type my User ID and Password every time I login to a web site.

Procedure:
Microsoft Internet Explorer...

*On the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options.
*Click on the "Context" Tab.
*Under "Personal Information", click "AutoComplete"
*On the "AutoComplete Settings" Form, select (click in the box to display a check mark next to) "User names and passwords on forms".
**Privacy and Security Note: It is always best to also select the "Prompt me to save passwords" option on the AutoComplete Settings" Form. This ensures that when you login to financual sites or other sites where you DO NOT want your user name and password saved for security reasons, Internet Explorer will prompt you if you want Windows to remember the password. On these sites, you can select "No" for a higher level of security for your login information!
*Click on the "OK" Button to close the "AutoComplete Settings" Form.
*Click on the "Apply" Button and then click on the "OK" Button to close the "Internet Options" Form.
*Close Internet Explorer and re-launch the browser again.
*The next time the Member Login Page loads, enter your User ID and Password to login as usual. (If you selected the option "Prompt me to save passwords" on the "AutoComplete Settings" Form, then the first time you login, a dialog box will be displayed asking: "Do you want Windows to remember this password?" Click on the "Yes" Button.) The next time the Member Login Page is loaded, as you begin to enter your User ID, a drop-down list box will appear. Select your User ID from the list and press the "Enter" Key. Your password will automatically be entered in the "Password" Text Box!

Mozilla Firefox...
(Note. Most Netscape Web Browsers generally follow the same procedure!)
*On the "Tools" Menu, click on the "Privacy" Icon (a little padlock).
*Expand (click on the "+" sign next to) "Saved Passwords".
*When "Saved Passwords" is expanded, select (click on the little box. It will then display a little check mark, next to) "Remember Passwords".
*Click on the "OK" Button on the "Options" Form to close the form.
*Close the browser and re-launch the browser again.
*The next time the Member Login Page loads, enter your user ID and Password to login as usual. A Dialog Box will be displayed asking: "Password Manager can remember this logon and enter it automatically the next time you return to this website. Do you want Password Manager to remember the login?" Click on the "Yes" Button. The next time the Member Login Page is loaded, your User ID and Password will automatically be entered into their respective Text Boxes. All you have to do is click on the "Submit Button" to login in.
**Privacy and Security Note: On financial sites or other sites where high security is important to you, when the dialog box as described above is displayed, click on the "Never for this site" Button for a higher level of security for your login information!
